If you receive an error when attempting to authorise your email account with Airhead, please try the following steps:
- Ensure that the browser you are using allows cookies and that you are not using incognito or private browsing
- Log out of Airhead
- Log out of your email account (Google or Office 365)
- Log back into Airhead and try again
If none of these steps fix the issue, please try another browser in order to help narrow the issue down.
