If you receive an error when attempting to authorise your email account with Airhead, please try the following steps:

  • Ensure that the browser you are using allows cookies and that you are not using incognito or private browsing
  • Log out of Airhead
  • Log out of your email account (Google or Office 365)
  • Log back into Airhead and try again

If none of these steps fix the issue, please try another browser in order to help narrow the issue down.
